Our story began unexpectedly, a chance encounter that neither of us could have predicted. In India, 2016, a simple right swipe led to a brief connection before life took us on separate paths. Two years later, fate intervened in Athens, Georgia, bringing us together again in a moment of delightful surprise. Since March 23,2018, our journey has been filled with shared passions and unforgettable experiences.

One of our greatest joys is exploring the world together. Each adventure strengthening our bond and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Cooking together is another cherished pastime, turning our kitchen into a laboratory of culinary experiments, some successful, others hilariously not. Football Saturdays (and Sundays!) are a big part of our story—even if we don’t always root for the same side. He bleeds Alabama crimson and cheers for the New Orleans Saints, while she proudly supports the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons. Whether it’s college rivalries or NFL matchups, we’ve learned that a little friendly competition only makes game days and our love even more exciting.

On April 26, 2024, our adventure took a beautiful turn at Baker Beach in San Francisco. As we walked along the shore, Kanksha saw a stunning setup with flowers and a sign asking, "Will you marry me?" Her first thought was, "Aww, look, someone is getting proposed to!" Little did she know, the surprise was for her. The shock and joy of that moment are indescribable, a perfect symbol of our unexpected and wonderful love story.
